Style Crush - Rita Ora

After seeing Rita Ora wearing this over sized sweater by Jezebel and Toff I just knew I had to write a style crush post. I have always loved here Tomboy, elegant, colorful fashion sense.

The red trench coat by Wes Gordon she wears in the picture beneath 

is one of the most breathtaking elegant pieces I have seen. Very femme fatale.

Here are some items that would make my easter magnificent.

To me easter means pastels. I went for this large leather tote by Chloé,

 a big colorful necklace by Tom Binns, some lovely beige sneakers by Isabel Marant

 and a soft girly skirt + blouse.

All my dreams have come true: 

Beyoncé aka Mrs. Carter collaborates with H&M and helped design some pieces. 

The thought behind the summer clothes is that woman can be 

strong, fears, funny, sexy, mothers, fragile, flirty.. 

The collection includes beach and swimwear.

I just can't wait.

The clothes will be available worldwide early may..

Am I the only one craving this Céline luggage bag? There are several sizes (and colors) available but I really fell for the nano, preferable in red. Besides nano they have mini,micro and medium.

Now do you wonder what this might cost? The price tag on this beauty is over 1700 euros.

The Carrie diaries

When my friend told me about this Sex and the city spinoff I knew it would be a big hit.

I know it must have been a risk 'messing' with a classic but when you throw a hot guy in the mix and lots and lots of shoes people tend to be very forgiving.

I was a little bit skeptical the first episode because it's not Sarah Jessica Parker 

and this takes some time getting used to. 

But AnnaSophia (young Carrie) is so lovely and perfect for this part with all her little quirks. 

The series take place in the 80's when Carrie was about 16 and still went to high school. 

She gets an internship in the city and discovers her love for fashion, shoes and writing.

The clothes are fabulous and they didn't even have to go thrift shopping.. 

I spotted lots of Marc Jacob, Rebecca Taylor and Kate Spade. 

Also clothes by Mango, Zara and H&M.

I would recommend this show to everyone who likes fashion and Sex and the city.

Cupcakes

Yesterday three lovely ladies of 'Mademoiselles de Mode' swung by.

Thursday their blog will turn two. 

They gave me the opportunity to create some cupcakes in honor of their blog.

I made hazelnut chocolate cupcakes with a hand decorated marzipan finish. 

Here is the result, let the celebrations begin.

 After a good night's sleep we had some croissants from Ladurée 

and I tasted one macaron (rose flavour).

We arrived at Disneyland Paris and the first attraction we did was the Rock 'n' Roller coaster.
